If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your product,  please email us so we can try and correct the situation.  We try our best to confirm all orders before they are created to ensure they are made with the exact customization that you requested.  Due to most items being made custom,  we do not offer direct refunds at this time, but if your item isn't what you were wanting, email us: sales@timickiecc.com and we can work with you to make it right.
